1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use any service on 112233jb. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform.

• You must be at least 21 years old (21+).
• You must be legally eligible to use this service under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You must register in your own name — opening an account on behalf of someone else is not allowed.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Professional players or employees are prohibited from placing bets on events in which they are directly participating.

3 Account Registration and Identity Verification

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is given, the account may be cancelled and 112233jb reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately. It is recommended that you keep two-step verification (OTP) enabled to protect your account.

3.3 Updating Information

If your personal details change, update them in your account settings as soon as possible. 112233jb will not be responsible for delays in withdrawals or verification caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

112233jb currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — this limit applies to all methods. Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank, along with other major commercial banks). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 No Withdrawal Without Identity Verification

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If the KYC process is incomplete, withdrawal requests may be temporarily put on hold. Once verification is complete, processing continues under the normal rules.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To use this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the balance ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If you attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or devices, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• 112233jb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

112233jb's VIP membership is divided into three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's net losses. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 112233jb platform. Violating these terms may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

1. Cheating, manipulation or exploiting any technical loophole to gain an unfair advantage.
2. Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts or providing false information.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
4. Operating an account using automated bots, scripts or software.
5. Harassing other users or using inappropriate language.
6. Attempting to breach or probe the platform's security systems.
7. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or a professional betting syndicate.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All match results are confirmed from official and verifiable sources. If a dispute arises over any result, 112233jb's decision will be considered final.

8.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or tournament is cancelled, a decision on the relevant bets will be made in accordance with 112233jb's policy. Cancelled bets are generally refunded, though decisions may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

8.4 Technical Issues

112233jb is not liable for losses caused by server downtime, internet disconnection or game errors. However, where a technical fault is clearly proven, appropriate action will be taken.

9 Limitation of Liability

112233jb strives to provide the most secure and reliable service possible. However, 112233jb is not liable in the following situations:

• Financial losses or data breaches caused by a third party.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Interruption to gameplay due to internet connectivity issues or device faults.
• Personal financial losses resulting from the normal wins and losses of betting and gaming.

In any legal dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct discussion. The cap on liability will never exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by 112233jb

112233jb may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• A serious violation of these terms.

• A long period of account inactivity (inactive for more than 12 months).

10.2 Closing Your Own Account

If you wish to close your account for any reason, notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the request is processed, though if the withdrawable balance is less than ৳500 it may not be available.

11 Changes and Updates to Terms
